Great leaders and churches don’t grow by accident—they grow on purpose. This breakout session will explore key intentional growth points that separate stagnant leaders and churches from those who consistently grow. Growth isn’t just about what you learn but what you apply. This session will challenge leaders to take ownership of their development and create a plan for intentional, lasting growth.
An executive-level volunteer is someone so committed and capable, they could almost be on staff. This session will cover how to pray for, identify, and develop these key leaders for greater impact. Jethro’s advice to Moses — “What you are doing is not good” — reminds us of the importance of raising up others to share the load. Developing high-capacity volunteers isn’t just about finding talent; it’s about equipping people to step into their God-given potential.
Ministry can be exhausting when you’re running on empty. In this session, we’ll identify the causes of burnout and explore strategies to help you restore your passion, refuel your spirit, and lead from a place of strength instead of survival.
The key to scalable and sustainable ministry is multiplying leaders. To carry the vision forward, we need staff and volunteers we trust—people who truly "get it”. In this breakout, we’ll explore practical strategies for communication, leadership development, and team building. These tools will help you move your team from chaos to clarity, creating vision alignment and greater Kingdom impact.
In this session, we will take a thoughtful and intentional look at how, as leaders, we can embrace a slower, more intentional pace—one that allows us to fully align with God’s presence and the unique rhythm He has set for our lives. By learning to slow down, we not only cultivate personal health and spiritual depth, but we also position ourselves to lead from a place of peace, clarity, and deeper connection with God’s purposes.
Every pastor wants to see their church end the year strong and step into the next season with momentum. In this session, we’ll dive into four strategic steps you can take now to increase engagement, inspire generosity, and set your church up for financial health in 2026. Learn how to create a culture where giving isn’t a burden—it’s a joy.
In this session, we will unpack practical and meaningful ways to build authentic connections with the next generation. Reaching the next generation isn’t just the responsibility of youth pastors or children’s leaders — it’s the calling of every believer, regardless of title, age, or ministry focus. Whether you serve on a platform, in a classroom, or behind the scenes, you have a vital role in creating environments where young people feel seen, valued, and invited into the life of the church.
Couples and families in ministry navigate a unique set of challenges — but they also have the opportunity to experience incredible rewards that come with serving together. In this session, we’ll take an honest look at both the struggles and the blessings that come with ministry life. From balancing family dynamics with the demands of leadership to discovering the joy of shared purpose, this conversation will offer practical insights, encouragement, and strategies to help couples and families thrive, not just survive, in the unique calling of ministry.
Every church desires to step into a season of momentum—marked by growth, life change, and fresh energy. But what does it take to spark that kind of movement? And once momentum begins, how can you sustain it for the long haul? In this session, we’ll explore the key factors that ignite momentum, the habits and mindsets that keep it going, and the potential pitfalls that can bring it to a sudden stop. Whether your church is just getting started or looking to build on existing momentum, this conversation will offer practical tools and timeless principles to help you cultivate lasting growth and impact.
