All ministers must renew their credentials every year. Credential Renewals are accepted November 1st - December 31st.

Who must renew their credentials?
All ministers MUST renew their credentials EVERY YEAR.
This includes newly credentialed ministers and those who upgraded their credentials this year.
How much does it cost?
The NTAG Credential Renewal fee is $65.
Senior Retired Ministers are NOT required to pay this fee.
Newly credentialed ministers and those who upgraded their credentials this year are NOT required to pay this fee. But they must still fill out the online renewal form.
When filling out the online renewal form, you may be prompted to pay your General Council dues, if you have not already done so earlier in the year. These dues are based on your credential level. Certified - $120/yr., Licensed - $240/yr., Ordained - $300/yr.
Please do not send your $65 NTAG Credential Renewal fee to General Council. And do not send your General Council dues to the NTAG office.
How do I renew my credentials?
Step 1: Pay the required $65 NTAG Renewal Fee, click here.

Step 2: Complete the General Council Minister Credential Renewal form, click here.

Make sure you keep going through all the steps until you see “Congratulations! You have successfully submitted your online renewal!” AND you see Donna Barrett’s photo.

Beginning in 2024, General Council will no longer be mailing paper renewal forms to any minister. If you require a paper form, contact our office at 817.284.4856.
What will happen if I do not renew my credentials?
The credential renewal deadline is December 31st.
There is a 15-day grace period until January 15th. However, there is an additional $50 fee. ($25 to General Council, $25 to NTAG)
After January 15th, your credentials will lapse, and you will have to reinstate. The reinstatement fee is $200.
