Meet Our Team

Mike Harper
Director of Church Planting & Development
Born and raised in a pastor’s home in Texas, Mike first felt the Lord’s call into full-time ministry at age 10 attending Kids Camp in Kerrville Texas. After graduating from Seminary, he began full-time ministry working with inner city gang members in Chicago, Illinois. Over the next fifteen years, Mike served in several pastoral staff positions, in some of the largest churches in the Assemblies of God, before accepting the senior pastorate at Word of Life in Phoenix, Arizona. In 2005, Mike planted The Crossing Community Church in Chandler, Arizona. Through his leadership, The Crossing not only experienced dynamic numerical growth, but also received national news recognition for their creative community outreach programs and strategies. Mike’s leadership and communication gifts have allowed him the opportunity to serve in leadership areas including: the Southern New England Youth Board, The Director of the Arizona District Church Development, a Regional Director for Messenger International Mission Board, The Director of the Arizona District’s Cohort and Pastor Mentoring Ministry, and various other leadership positions. Presently, Mike serves as the Church Planting and Development Director for the North Texas District Council of the Assemblies of God. He is a sought-after Church Health and Church Growth consultant, as well a guest speaker at seminars, conferences, and churches. Mike received his ministry training at Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri and holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary (AGTS). Currently Mike is enrolled in Regent University School of Theology pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership and Church Renewal. He and his wife Rhonda have two children: Connor and Carlie.

Lisa Pettitt
Saved at the age of 21, Lisa began to serve the Lord in any area she could find. Worship team, Youth Ministry, Single’s Ministry, VBS, and volleyball team coordinator were some of the early things. As she grew in her relationship with God, she felt the call to full-time ministry. Soon the Lord took her from the administrative offices of a Catholic hospital in Upstate NY to Dallas TX to serve as the assistant to a traveling Youth Evangelist. Dallas is where she met her husband, Mike. Since their marriage in 1991, they have had two biological daughters, two miscarriages, and gained three additional “grafted-in” children. They have one biological grandson and one “grafted-in” granddaughter. She is an Ordained Minister with the Assemblies of God, as well as a Pastor’s wife. She currently serves as the Administrative Manager for Church Planting and Development for the North Texas District of the Assemblies of God. She has served on the Executive Committee of the North Texas District Women’s Department for over ten years. She is the Co-Pastor of Connection Pointe Church in Mesquite where she teaches several small groups.

KRISZ SIMONFALVI
Krisz was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary into a Pentecostal Pastor’s home. Having experienced the oppressive power of communism and the government’s cultural pressure on the Church, he developed a keen sense for authentic Pentecostalism and cultural relevance through music and worship. Both of his grandfathers were saved in the late 1930s, as the Swedish Pentecostal Revival swept through Europe. He carried this generational legacy into his 7 years of missions’ service with YWAM in the 1990s.
After moving to North Texas, he was a member of Trinity Church of Cedar Hill from 1999 to 2023, where he was instrumental in developing Trinity’s world-renown worship culture. Krisz took on a new assignment in December 2023, becoming the Worship Director for King’s Dallas, working closely with the Global Senior Pastor of King’s, Dr. James Marocco, while also traveling the world to train the 700+ King’s Extensions around the globe.
Krisz is an accomplished musician, who has toured all over Europe and the U.S. with several bands and has over 450 songs to his name as a songwriter, studio musician and producer. In 2009 he placed 2nd in Guitar Player Magazine’s Guitar Superstar competition, out of 6,000+ contestants from all over America. He repeated that feat in 2011 in Lee Ritenour’s Six String Theory global guitar competition, in the Rock category.
He launched One Less Rock Music Studio in 2009, where he taught 350+ private students, over 5,000 masterclass attendees, while training multiple National Fine Arts competition winners on Guitar, and coaching bands who consistently placed top 3 at Nationals. In 2018, Krisz shifted his focus to developing Music 360 Method, an online training and mentorship pipeline for Worship Teams.
Krisz was asked to take on the role of Worship Coordinator for NTAG in 2022. He has been happily married to his wife, Lisa, since 1998.
