Mike’s leadership and communication gifts have allowed him the opportunity to serve in leadership areas including: the Southern New England Youth Board, The Director of the Arizona District Church Development, a Regional Director for Messenger International Mission Board, The Director of the Arizona District’s Cohort and Pastor Mentoring Ministry, and various other leadership positions. Presently, Mike serves as the Church Planting and Development Director for the North Texas District Council of the Assemblies of God. He is a sought-after Church Health and Church Growth consultant, as well a guest speaker at seminars, conferences, and churches. 

Mike received his ministry training at Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri and holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary (AGTS). Currently Mike is enrolled in Regent University School of Theology pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership and Church Renewal. He and his wife Rhonda have been married for 33 years and have two children: Connor (26) and Carlie (17).
