KidMin Conference is quickly approaching. Our North Texas Kids Team values our exhibitors who help us provide excellent conferences and retreats for Kid’s Pastors in the North Texas District. We thank you for your partnership and investment and believe the exposure for your business or ministry is valuable.

KidMin Conference will be held Friday and Saturday, February 27th and February 28th, at Life Church in Midlothian, TX. This location provides a great opportunity for our exhibitors to display their company or ministry booth and interact with attendees throughout both days.

Friday, February 28th 

4:00 PM -  5:30 PM — Booth Set-Up

6:00 PM - 9:30 PM — Exhibits Open

Saturday, March 1st

8:00 AM - 3:30 PM  — Exhibits Open 

3:30 PM - 4:30 PM — Booth Tear Down

• All booth levels are available on a first-come first-serve basis.
• All booths include a 6ft table and 2 chairs if needed. Please request via email. 
• Please email your logo to [email protected]. Logos need to be in one of the following formats: PNG, JPG, PDF. 

Premium $150

• 6 x 12 prominent booth space in the main lobby of Life Church near the auditorium entrance
• Logo, description, and company link on KidMin Conference Webpage
• Company recognition on-screen pre-service
• Promotional material (provided by you) will be given to every event attendee

Prime $75

• 6 x 10 Booth space in the lobby of Freedom Church
• Company recognition on-screen pre-service

Day Session Sponsor $500

• 3-minute speaking window during day session on Friday or Saturday
• Graphic slide on-screen during speaking window
• Premium Booth included
• Logo, description, and company link on KidMin Conference Webpage
• Company recognition on-screen pre-service
• Promotional material (provided by you) will be given to every event attendee

Once your application has been approved and payment has been received you will receive an Approval Letter email from [email protected].

Agreement to these terms is required in order to submit your online application 

• Exhibitor Application deadline is February 1st, 2025

• Cancellations up to February 16th, 2025, will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee

• After February 16th, 2024, no booth fees will be refunded - even if canceled

• Exhibitors are responsible for set up and break down of their displays

• Vendor set up is only permitted on Friday, February 27th at a designated time

All Exhibitor applications are subject to North Texas Kid’s approval

Selling items or merchandise at your booth is NOT permitted.

• Reservations are not considered secure until the cost of the booth fees are received

• Vendors and booth attendants must be appropriate to a family-friendly, Christian environment and for Assemblies of God Ministries.

We reserve the right to approve or deny exhibitor booth rental.
