Jay Mooney is the Chief Ministries & Resources Officer for the Division of Ministries & Resources at the Assemblies of God (AG) National Office. As such, he oversees NextGen, Adult & Family, and Publishing ministries at the national office.
AG Ministries & Resources is equipping the Church to make disciples who make disciples of Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit to fulfill the Great Commission.
Jay Mooney is an ordained and passionate pastoral leader in the Assemblies of God fellowship. His ministry history includes youth pastor, lead pastor, district youth director, national youth director, and executive director of COMPACT Family Services (the national affiliate child welfare mission of the Assemblies of God). He, and his wife, Laura, an accomplished educator, have four children and six grandchildren. They all love and serve the Lord.
Pastor Darin Stroud served as youth and young adult pastor at a church in Wichita, Kansas for 12 years before being elected to serve as District Youth Director for the Assemblies of God Kansas. The position evolved to District Ministries Director which he served in that role for 17 years. During his tenure he lead summer camps, missions trips, missions fundraising efforts and services for Speed the Light, Light for the Lost, BGMC, Fire Bible and more. Darin gave oversight in calendar, planning, budgets and leadership for the Men’s, Women’s, Children’s, Seniors, Boys & Girls Departments. Darin earned an M.Div. at Southwestern Assemblies of God University.
Pastor Darin and his wife, Marleen, both ordained ministers, joined Foundations Church, Grapevine TX in August 2022 as lead pastors. Marleen serves as the Culture & Communications Pastor.
The Strouds have 3 grown children who are all married. Favorite past times include family time, cheering for the Dallas Cowboys, playing golf and spoiling their 2 amazing grandchildren.
Pastor Jorge serves the Spanish Ministries Pastor at Crossroads of Life, Duncanville. He and his wife, Elizabeth, were born and raised in Texas and are both Pastor’s kids. Pastor Jorge has been in the ministry for 24 years and has served as a youth pastor, evangelist, senior pastor and church planter. He’s know as a friend to all. Jorge’s goal is to raise up Hispanic pastors and help them find and develop a successor. They have three beautiful girls, Jorge’s “nuns” as he likes to call them; Breanna, Sophia, and Valerie.
