While some political and religious entities advocate to affirm homosexual practices, same-sex marriage, and alternate sexual identities, the North Texas District is grateful that the Assemblies of God has been clear and consistent throughout its history on these issues. Since the Bible clearly speaks to the nature of human beings and their sexuality, it is imperative that the Church correctly understands and articulates what it actually teaches on these matters. The only acceptable position for AG churches and ministers on this topic is clearly articulated by the Assemblies of God.
