Project Types
Event branding is the general look and feel for your event. This typically includes a theme, logo, colors/fonts, etc. Think "on-site" and "promotional" feel as well as you give details and a description of your event branding.
Timeline Example: If your event is on May 1, you do not want to wait 3 weeks before your actual event. Request your Event Branding 3 weeks before your first promotion (email, social media, etc.).
Print materials include mailers, booklets, and banners. Please provide all content, dimensions and details for your requested print materials.
Timeline Example: If you need to send a print piece by May 1, make sure that you send your request 2 weeks before the project needs to go to the printer, not 2 weeks before it should be mailed or before your event.*
*Please allow for at least 1 week for your project to be printed and shipped, if not printing in house (this is in addition to the turn-around time).
Product & Apparel includes anything that you would sell, wear or give away. This would include events or general ministry items.
Timeline Example: If you need a shirt designed for your event on May 1, make sure that you send your request 3 weeks before the product needs to go to print.*
*Please allow for at least 1 week for your project to be printed and shipped, (this is in addition to the turn-around time).
Sometimes dates change or typos happen. Web Correction/edits are for small changes on your website page.
Timeline Example: If you find a typo or wrong date, please allow 24 hours for the team to complete your request.
Web Creation is anytime a new page needs to be created or majorly updated (ie. Event page updated with new branding and content, new ministry page, etc.)
Timeline Example: If you are promoting your event on May 1, please make sure that you send your request 2 weeks before then, not 2 weeks before your event.
If you need Social Media promotion for an event or general social media graphics, we can design and create content for your specific ministry’s social media account that you can post yourself. PLEASE provide a detailed list for each post graphic that you would like.
Timeline Example: If you want to post a graphic on May 1, then make sure that you have submitted your request at least 1 week before.
Almost every event uses Wufoo or Brushfire. Make sure that your registration in cohesive with your event branding.
Timeline Example: If you are opening your registration on May 1, make sure that you submit your request at least 1 week before going live.

Timeline Example: If you need a download for your webpage, please allow at least 2 weeks for your project to be completed.
Event slides are a great way promote, inform and keep a cohesive feel throughout your event. This would include upcoming events, scripture slides, speaker notes, or anything else you can think of to put up on the big screens. Provide content that you would like for each slide.
Timeline Example: If your event is on May 1, make sure that you send your request at least 2 weeks before the production team at your event asks for slide content.
It takes a village to execute an event. We offer on-site video/photo capture, audio, video presentation, and lighting.
Timeline Example: If your event is on May 1, make sure that you give at least 8 weeks notice for our team to make the proper preparations for your event.
Video is one of the best ways to promote events and keep everyone up to date on what is going on in your department. Schedule a meeting with our video team to discuss what kind of video you need.
Timeline Example: If you need a video by May 1, make sure that you set up a meeting with the video team at least 4 weeks in advance to allow for proper set up and editing of your video.
